Liz graduated from Guy’s Hospital Dental School, London in 1988. She gained considerable experience in many of the specialities within dentistry before undertaking her post-graduate training at the North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke. Having gained her post-graduate orthodontic qualifications, she established Abbey Orthodontics in 1998.
Liz takes great pride in her work, dedicated to gaining the best results for you, so that after treatment you can smile with confidence.
Away from the practice Liz’s interests include skiing, wildlife photography and walking. She lives locally with her husband.
Sally joined us in April 2016. She is new to the world of orthodontics, having spent the last 18 years in insurance.
Sally’s interests include baking, cake decorating and countryside walks with her fiancee and their two dogs.

As the practice's new patient advisor, Nicola is responsible for welcoming new patients to the practice on their first visit and discussing any treatment options after their consultation with Dr Weeks.
Nicola qualified as a dental nurse in 1976 and worked for the school dental service with her father for 4 years. After marrying she left dentistry to have a family, but returned to general dentistry in 1991. In 1998 she became an orthodontic nurse at Abbey Orthodontics. She gained her qualification in radiography from Portsmouth University in 1999.
Nicola has two grown-up daughters, two grandsons and is a staunch Saints supporter.

Lindsey is a qualified dental nurse and has had experience in both general and orthodontic practices.
She obtained her certificate in dental radiography in 2002 at Portsmouth university and is the practice's radiation protection supervisor, overseeing the safety of both patients and staff.
In 2006 she specialised by gaining her orthodontic nurse qualification. Lindsey has now obtained the new certificate enabling her to take dental impressions.
Lindsey lives locally with her husband and two children. She enjoys shopping, travelling and showing her pedigree cat Pebble.

Miriam qualified as a dental nurse in 1985. She took a break from dentistry while her family was small. On returning to orthodontics she trained to be our oral health educator and dental radiography. She is here to support patients with their oral health throughout their time with us, providing advice and practical help. Miriam is also trained to take dental impressions.
Miriam lives locally with her husband and four children. Miriam enjoys walking her dog, swimming and keeping fit.
